If the backfill material and soil is found to be contaminated it must be disposed of at an <br /> approved disposal location.Treatment'of soil onsite can only be performed under a <br /> hazardous waste treatment perrnit. <br /> 2. See pages 7 and 8 of the permit application far required number and locations of <br /> analytical tests. <br /> 3. EHD must witness the,soil sampling. Schedule the soil sampling appointment with this <br /> office 48 hours in advance. <br /> 4. Schedule removal appointment 48.hours in advance. <br /> 5. All personnel involved in the removal of the existing pipes must fulfill requirements of <br /> CCR title 8 Section 5192. <br /> 6. A copy of the submitted"Health and Safety Plan"must be on'the jobsite for review. <br /> 7.
