The plan is a proposal to excavate the soil which"has been <br /> contaminated due to unauthorized releases from the UST which was. located on the <br /> property. <br /> EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is'in .compliance with California <br /> Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299..37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. ax. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at EHD, 600 E.
