EHD has reviewed, Work Plan Addendum, dated March <br /> 1, 2011, prepared by your consultant Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (GZAI). The Work Plan <br /> Addendum recommends that the proposed quarterly ground water monitoring and <br /> sampling schedule of the MW-BR, replacement for MW-B destroyed during corrective <br /> action in January 2011; be modified to 30 days after installation to confirm non- <br /> detectable results evidenced' on the initial sampling conducted February 18, 2011. <br /> Because the initial results were favorable, EHD agrees that the confirmation sampling <br /> can be performed sooner than initially proposed. <br /> If the non-detectable sample results are confirmed, please prepare a closure summary <br /> and submit it to the EHD and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> All reporting information for this site must be uploaded to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board GeoTracker website data base.
