Box 60, Tracy, California <br /> Dear Mr. Knoll: <br /> In an email dated June 8, 2011, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> informed Ground Zero Analysis, Inc (Ground Zero) that the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> Central Valley Region (RWQCB) is considering the Site for closure. The June 2011 letter <br /> recommended that a workplan for well destruction and permit package be prepared in anticipation <br /> of RWQCB concurrence to Site closure. Ground Zero is submitting the following workplan for the <br /> destruction of the groundwater- monitoring well associated with the Site as per EHD <br /> requirements. A permit package and associated fees will be submitted to EHD upon workplan <br /> approval. <br /> The location of the site is shown on Figure 1 and the well is located northeast of the former UST <br /> B as shown on Figure 2. <br /> Pre-Field Work Activities <br /> The proper well destruction permit will be obtained from EHD.
