Laboratory analysis of soil and water samples for total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline and TPH as diesel using EPA Method <br /> 8015B and BTEX, MTBE, TBA, DIPE, ETBE, TAME, methanol, ethanol, 1,2 <br /> DCA and EDB using EPA method 8260B. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Submit three Environmental Health Department (EHD)well permit <br /> applications (one for on site work, one for off site private property work, <br /> and one for off site public right of way work) and three $89 permit fees. <br /> Also submit an encroachment permit from the City of Lathrop and access <br /> agreement from the private property owner. Once the well permits have <br /> been approved, notify EHD of the proposed schedule for the work. <br /> 2. It was previously discussed with Stratus that the work plan to be submitted <br /> would not be an addendum to the 10/21/03 work plan and that future work <br /> plans would be submitted in phases where the work proposed had been <br /> shown with data to be necessary. The 12/31103 work plan refers to the <br /> original Work Plan. Future work plans should be stand-alone documents <br /> with data to show the work proposed is necessary. <br />
