(Stratus), on behalf of Mr. Kashmari Singh and Mr. <br /> Dalwinder Dhoot, is submitting this Work Plan for Additional.Site Assessment and <br /> Evaluation of Remedial Alternatives (Work Plan) to conduct further characterization of <br /> the dissolved methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE) plume and additional feasibility testing at <br /> Joe's Truck Plaza, located at 15600 Harlan Road, Lathrop, California(Figure 1). <br /> In a letter dated November 10, 2004, the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) requested a work plan to further <br /> investigate the presence of MTBE reported in borings CPT-5 and CPT-8, and to evaluate <br /> the feasibility of several remedial options. To meet these objectives, this Work Plan <br /> proposes to install three shallow and one deeper groundwater monitoring wells, and to <br /> conduct a feasibility study to further evaluate possible remediation technologies. <br /> i <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site is an active service station located on Harlan Road, south of the <br /> intersection with J Street, in Lathrop, California.
