6
{
COMMENT #25: Date Name Act Hours
22/19/89 REUSS 202 0.5 ST
I
(a) Wrote a phone narrative of the above conversation for the Pilot
j file.
COMMENT #26: Date Name Act Hours
3/2/90 REUSS 202 0.2 ST
(a) Updated information on the history of this site. This update was
necessary for the Quarterly Site Specific Report due to be
submitted to the state.
I
SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION:
Instead of a concise report, raw, loose data was submitted by Precision
Industries, LUSD consulting firm. Drawings and data submitted by the RP
(LUSD) did not match the numbering system in our files nor did the site maps
label the product contained in the tanks. This confusion resulted in the
need to perform hours of research to compile a history of the site, draw site
maps and do a visual inspection on-site to see the relationship of the tanks.
Most of this time is normally spent by the consultant when they create the
report.
Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) used the LUFT
field manual and Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations to review the raw {
data again and conclude that a site closure letter could be issued.
{
{
5
