ATC Associates SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> In case of an emergency the project safety officer must be notified by the site safety officer or project <br /> manager. The site safety officer or herihis alternate will notify outside emergency response agencies <br /> (ER) as needed, the branch safety officer, and the project supervisorimanager. The branch safety <br /> officer will make any required reports to local, state, and federal agencies. Other emergency <br /> notifications will include: <br /> ER Agency: Fire/Police Depts.
