This proposed over excavation work plan will consist of; <br /> purpose, scope and sampling plan for over excavation and soil stockpile. <br /> Site description <br /> The property is located at 1810 Hazelton Ave., 4 blocks east of Wilson Way intersection in <br /> Stockton California. The property is owned by San Joaquin County. The site is currently used <br /> for fleet parking and fueling facility. <br /> Underground Storage Tank Removal <br /> On june 15, 1995 a 12,000 gallon Underground gasoline tank was removed by Fisch <br /> Environmental Construction, under permit with San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Services (EHD- PHS). After tank removal, Hydrocarbon Impacted soil was observed in the south <br /> end of the tank pit. This impacted soil appeared to be the result of holes that had rotted in the <br /> product piping. The piping trench had been impacted as well. Mike Infurna of(EHD-PHS) was <br /> on site to aid in some over excavation at that time and total of 25 cubic yards was excavated <br /> when equipment on hand reached it's capacity, samples were taken at that time. <br /> 1040 W.
