<br /> 	The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
<br /> 	COMPLAINANT VISITED FACILITY 9/25/17 WITH SPOUSE AND LEFT AFTER OBSERVING TWO ROACHES
<br /> 	CRAWLING UNDER TABLE. TABLE WAS TWO TABLES AWAY FROM FRONT DOOR. SEE PHOTO.
<br />      							VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
<br />	Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br />	113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health
<br />	and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
<br />	the food facility.
<br />	#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility
<br />	OBSERVATIONS:Observe 1 live roach under cabinet at bbq area,2 dead ones in water next to shelves at meat cutting
<br />	area, and one dead one on floor next to Walk In. Remove dead bodies, provide more pest control (call contractor as
<br />	needed), clean facility of food debris and trash, and vermin proof facility.

<br />	#35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair
<br />	OBSERVATIONS:Cover of ice maker gone. Replace and protect food (i.e. ice)immediately.

<br />	#45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained
<br />	OBSERVATIONS:Lots of food debris throughout kitchen especially in floor sinks and under prep tables and shelves,water
<br />	pooling under griddle/wok corner and under shelves by meat cutting area, and buildup along wall/floor junction. Clean and
<br />	remove standing water.
<br />	Tiles missing along wall at counter exposing insulation. Repair, seal to limit vermin access.
<br />	CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br />	surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br />	cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
<br />	unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d),
