The project proposes the utilization of <br /> an existing 2,423 square foot shop building. The project also includes the construction <br /> of a 528 square foot office building, an eighty (80) square foot restroom building, and <br /> twelve (12) storage containers totaling 1,920 square feet; located on the east side of <br /> West Mossdale Road, 900 feet south of Interstate 5 on/off ramps, Lathrop. <br /> (Supervisorial District 5) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Mossdale Associates, LTD APPLICANT: RGW Equipment. <br /> ADDRESS: 800 W. Mossdale Road, Lathrop APN: 239-030-08 and -09 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area designated as Zone AE. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 28-feet <br /> NAVD 1988. <br /> Mossdale Road has an existing and planned right-of-way per the City of Lathrop. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit from the City of Lathrop shall be required for all work within the City of <br /> Lathrop road right-of-way. <br /> 2. Prior to issuance of the building permit the driveway approach shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the City of Lathrop Standards. <br /> 3.
