All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure, including conversion of <br /> existing structures, in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in <br /> accordance to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-1605.12 (a), (b) and (c) <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6)foot high chain link fence <br /> or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, <br /> prior to release of building permit.
