Three Former Vapor Extrach'on Wells October 12,2010 <br /> Former Nestle USA,Inc.Facility,Ripon, CA <br /> 3) If ECM is unable to locate any or all of these wells after completion of the SJC-EHD-approved <br /> excavation activities: <br /> a. ECM will backfill the excavation locations and finish the surface to its original <br /> completion material (asphalt/concrete). <br /> b. ECM, on behalf of Nestle USA, Inc. (the well owner), will request a formal letter from <br /> the SJC-EHD indicating that all necessary due diligence has been completed and that <br /> no further efforts are required to find the(se)well(s). <br /> ECM would appreciate the SJC-EHD's written concurrence for these proposed actions.
