I will be out of the office Aug 27 thru and including <br /> Sept 27. You may address the emails to my boss, Adrienne Ellsaesser at <br /> Aellsaesser@sjcehd.com and cc Frank at Fgirardi@sjcehd.com. Chances are Frank <br /> Girardi may cover the field work and may even issue the permits in my absence. Please <br /> include copies of the City encroachment permit(s) and copies of each private parcel <br /> access agreements as attachments to your email or send them by US Mail. The EHD <br /> cannot issue your permits w/o these docs. <br /> Joey, is there a formal work plan for this phase? we'll need to verify <br /> well construction/decontruction specs before we issue. <br /> we'll also need a map to issue the permits.
