I was going to email that permit today to Frank but since <br /> he's out, is there anyone else who can finish that permit for us? <br /> All of the others can be completed subsequent to that one. I have scheduled all of the other <br /> well installs to commence on December 14th. Those well installations will come first, <br /> followed by the well abandonments. <br /> Please let me know who I can contact regarding our permits. Congratulations!) <br /> I work for ECM and I am now your contact for all the permits you have in-house right <br /> now for Environmental Cost Management/Nestle USA. You have three well <br /> destruction permits (work to begin Dec 14th) and three well installation permits (work <br /> to begin Dec 7th). Holly sent the well destruction permits. The well installation <br /> permits were sent by me in your absence. By the time you get this (Dec 1St), SJCHD <br /> will have received all the permit fees from ECM so we should be good in that <br /> respect. <br /> I emailed Mike Infurna about wanting to add a well to one of the destruction permits <br /> you currently have in-house. Mike said we could add another as long as 1) RWQCB <br /> approves (they did, in a meeting), 2)well is on same parcel as a other pending work, <br /> and 3)well to be destroyed by same C-57 driller. All of this is true, and so I have <br /> amended the permit to show this information. Will you please call me when you <br /> sit down to address our SVE Well Destruction Permits and I will send you the <br /> 12/2/2009 <br />
