Private well treatment system sampling data are not included in the Quarterly Report. <br /> Nestl6 has installed wellhead treatment systems on the wells at 5725 Hall Road and <br /> 7501 Kiernan Road, Modesto, California. The Regional Water Board has received <br /> monthly system data. However„these data need to be tabulated and summarized in the <br /> Quarterly and Annual Reports. ,3 <br /> 2. Quarterly groundwater sampling and laboratory analyses results were not included for the <br /> following wells: M-28B/A(A), MW-12, 415 Parallel, 447 Parallel, and 7607 Kiernan. <br /> These data need to be included in the Quarterly and Annual Reports, or if appropriate, <br /> the reason they are not included. <br /> 3. Quarterly groundwater piezometric surface elevation data were not included for the <br /> following wells: EI-1, PW-7, PW-8, and MW-11. These data need to be included in the <br /> Quarterly and Annual Reports, or if appropriate, the reason they are not included. <br /> 4. Monthly groundwater sampling and laboratory analyses results were not included for the <br /> following well: 5700 Hall. However, Regional Water Board staff note that a well at 5724 <br /> Hall Road was sampled. These data need to be included in the Quarterly and Annual <br /> Reports, or if appropriate, clarification on the address of the well required by the MRP. <br /> 5. Quarterly groundwater sample laboratory analyses results for general minerals and <br /> metals in effluent samples from the treatment plants on Industrial Avenue and Stockton <br /> Avenue were not provided. Also, bimonthly measurements of pH, temperature and <br /> conductivity were not provided.
