After further discussion PHS/EHD management has agreed <br /> that a "Special Well Permit' can be approved that will allow the destruction of the well on <br /> your property to occur by pressure grouting without perforation of the well casing. <br /> The work must be performed by a C-57 licensed contractor. A permit application is <br /> enclosed. The completed application must be submitted with a $100 permit fee to <br /> PHS/EHD.
