Per our conversation April 6, I am <br /> forwarding you a written response as requested. <br /> The closure of the well located at 233 S. Parallel, Ripon, Ca., is of course a great concern <br /> to us. In the numerous discussions with Ron Rowe, formerly with your organization, we <br /> were led to believe that pressure grouting was an acceptable method of closure and this is <br /> the method Mr. Godinez and myself tentatively agreed to pending a written agreement <br /> between Nestle Corporation and ourselves. <br /> In the months that followed and to date we can not reached an amicable agreement. Last <br /> week we received another agreement and our attorney is currently reviewing it. Believe <br /> me when I say we as the property owners want to have this matter over.
