CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER NO. 93-712 -10- <br /> NESTLE BEVERAGE COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 17. The Discharger shall maintain a public repository at the Ripon Public Library. Copies <br /> of each of the final documents shall be kept at the repository as part of the administrative <br /> record. <br /> 18. By 1 January 1994, submit a Site-Wide Comprehensive Ground Water Monitoring Plan. <br /> The Monitoring Plan shall describe the plans to evaluate the ground water monitoring <br /> program including the sampling frequency, analytes and the criteria for deletion of wells <br /> from the quarterly ground water sampling program. The Ground Water Monitoring Plan <br /> shall include a flow diagram which depicts the logic used for changes in the well <br /> monitoring program. <br /> 19. By 31 March of each year, the Discharger shall submit an Annual Report in accordance <br /> with the Board-approved Site-Wide Comprehensive Ground Water Monitoring Plan. The <br /> Report shall summarize all of the field activities occurring during the previous calendar <br /> year and shall summarize all the quarterly monitoring data for that year. The Annual <br /> Report shall discuss trends and anomalies providing an evaluation of the data. The <br /> Annual Report shall also include recommendations for optimization of the extraction and <br /> treatment systems and for the site-wide comprehensive ground water monitoring <br /> program. <br /> 20. Pursuant to Section 13304(c) of the California Water Code, the Discharger shall <br /> reimburse the Board for all reasonable costs for work required to oversee the <br /> investigation and cleanup of soils and ground water under this Order. <br /> 21. The Discharger shall provide to the Board all information necessary for the Board to <br /> comply with the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> �) '<�4L AA_ <br /> WILLIAM .
