After you have <br /> Isolated the system you are working on, protect yourself <br /> With a padlock. <br /> • Any welding, cutting, or other hot work cannot be done <br /> until 'Bot Mork Permit" is obtained from Plant =aginear <br /> or his Assistant. <br /> Contractor shall supply equipment needed to protect Com- <br /> pany property and personnel from work being performed. <br /> For example, roping off work areas that would present <br /> danger to passersby, using proper warning signs to desig- <br /> nate a construction area, or using welding shields to <br /> protect people from flash. <br /> Contractor shall not enter any processing vessels with- <br /> out proper authorization and proper safety precautions. <br /> In general, contractor shall follow all of the Federal, <br /> State, and Local safety codes to maintain a safe working <br /> environment. <br /> UKKXRY <br /> This list of rules was prepared to give contractors some guide- <br /> lines about what Nestle expects of these.
