This approval letter is for the M-10A INVESTIGATION WORK PLAN ADDENDUM, sent to the RWQCB and copied to SJC-EHD on October 28, 2011 (also attached). As anticipated, the RWQCB has requested the CPT borings before the end of 2011. ECM has scheduled the work to commence on December 12, 2011, pending permit approval. I am preparing permits for the City of Ripon and San Joaquin County. With this approval from RWQCB, ECM has set up an appointment to meet with the City of Ripon for field approval of the selected locations. This meeting will occur on November 15 and ECM anticipates a quick turn-around on the City of Ripon Encroachment Permit. I know you want things as soon as I can send them to you, so I will submit the MFR and pay the county fees online as soon as possible. I will also submit the two permit applications (one for City ROW and one for private property)as soon as the City approves the locations next week. Then I will submit to you the City Encroachment Permit and an access agreement for one private property location as soon as they are provided to me. I am attempting to get everything to you as soon as it is provided to me by the client, property owner, and/or regulatory body.
