Continue the high-resolution water-level monitoring program in the lagoon/pond area
and MW-3 area for at least one more year to evaluate how groundwater levels in the
Upper and Intermediate aquifers respond to changes in lagoon/pond recharge and
river stage;
2. Revise the 2013 capture zone analysis using the existing groundwater model for the
planned M-10A remediation system to determine the locations of injection wells to
support the WDR application to the RWQCB;
3. Meet with the City of Ripon to discuss City right-of-way access for the planned
remediation system conveyance line;
4. Submit a WDR permit application to the RWQCB related to planned installation of
injection wells as part of the M-10A area remediation system;
5. Install extraction wells for remediation M-10A area as part of RAP;
6. Install injection wells after approval of WDR permit form the RWQCB;
7. Construct conveyance system, if necessary, to convey extracted water from the new
extraction wells after treatment to injection gallery for reinjection;
8. Shutdown the IRAP system to coincide with the initiation of the offsite remediation
system, based on the continued decline in the TCE removal rate;
9.
