REQUESTING FOLLOW-UP FROM INSPECTOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> classic bone in wing--out of fryer--212.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> I observed the log book for July 3, 2018.Temperatures at 11 am and 1 pm were taken at several points including bone in and <br /> boneless chicken at cooler and fryer.The temperatures of the chicken out of the fryer were 200F. <br /> The limit of wings in one fryer basket is 50. Classic chicken is fried for 16 minutes,while boneless is 6-6.5 minutes.
