MANTECA FIRE DEPT USED DRY CHEMICAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER POWDER TO PUT OUT FIRE. FOOD <br /> AND FOOD PREP AREA EXPOSED TO CHEMICAL POWDER. FACILITY EMPLOYEES ARE THROWING OUT <br /> IMPACTED FOOD AND CLEANING IMPACTED AREAS OF FACILITY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> OBSERVATIONS <br /> Name on Food Safety Certificate: Expiration Date: <br /> Warewash Chlorine(Cl): ppm Heat: °F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: 120°F <br /> Quaternary Ammonia(QA): ppm Hand Sink Temp: 100°F <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection with manager, Sylvia Looper. <br /> There appears to have been a small fire behind the fryers at the oil hose.The hose was damaged and was being replaced. <br /> There was a scorch mark at the back of the fryer where the fire was located.At the time of the fire,the fryers were pulled <br /> away from the wall so cleaning could be performed. Off duty fire fighters were eating in the dining room and were able to <br /> extinguish the fire with an extinguisher.All of the food at the fryers and prep table next to the fryers were discarded. <br /> PG&E rep(Wilbur)arrived during inspection. His report states that no gas leaks were found. <br /> Gas was on during inspection.
