After the tanks were removed, Kleinfelder <br /> presented the results of a soil boring investigation in a report of findings dated October 27, 1993. <br /> Petroleum hydrocarbon contamination appeared to be localized in the vicinity of Boring B-4. <br /> On December 30, 1993 Kleinfelder observed the removal of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated <br /> soil from the vicinty of Boring B-4. Approximated 25 cubic yards of soil were excavated and <br /> stockpiled at the site. Confirmation soil samples were collected from the bottom and sidewalis of <br /> the excavation and from the stockpile.
