You are directed to submit the <br /> report/work plan dated February 6, 2008, and the work plan addendum dated November 7, 2008, <br /> to Geotracker by December 10, 2008. <br /> Please submit an encroachment permit issued by the City of Stockton, a boring permit application <br /> and permit/inspection fee of $404 for the soil boring and monitoring wells proposed in the <br /> sidewalk of East Hunter Street, and a boring permit application and permit/inspection fee of $404 <br /> for the proposed on-site monitoring wells.
