I <br /> 3.3 Description of Responsibilities <br /> The following Treadwell & Rollo management structure will be implemented for the purpose of <br /> completing this project. <br /> Project Manager <br /> The Project Manager is responsible for overall planning, execution and supervision of the <br /> project. The Project Manager will direct all technical and administrative aspects of the field <br /> work and is responsible for the selection, authorization and supervision of all field team <br /> members and subcontractors. The Project Manager is also responsible for oversight of the <br /> Health and Safety Officer and to assure that the HSP is being implemented. <br /> Health and Safety Officer <br /> The Health and Safety Officer is responsible for the overall coordination, oversight and <br /> implementation of the HSP. The Health and Safety Officer is required to perform observations, <br /> conduct meetings, document activities and implement safe work practices as discussed in <br /> Sections 5 .2 and 5 .3 . Specific duties include the following: <br /> • Verify current certifications of Treadwell & Rollo field staffs medical fitness and safety <br /> training prior to conducting field activities; <br /> • Arrange for health and safety equipment and supplies to be available in accordance with <br /> this plan and provide routine inspection and proper maintenance of monitoring <br /> equipment; <br /> • Conduct Site safety meetings at regular intervals; <br /> • Establish and maintain Site controls including establishment of work zones and <br /> implement air monitoring procedures and engineering controls; <br /> HEALTH& SAFETYPLAN 4 s Nuvembm 2a <br /> TREADWELL & ROLLO, INC. 3597. 11 xnsr-z <br />
