Field personnel shall perform only those tasks <br /> that they can do safely and shall inform the Health and Safety Officer of any physical or adverse <br /> conditions that may affect their ability to perform the planned field tasks. Hazardous work <br /> situations or procedures should be reported to the Health and Safety Officer so that appropriate <br /> corrective action can be taken. The Project Manager, Health and Safety Officer, and Treadwell <br /> & Rollo field personnel have the authority to halt any operation that does not follow the <br /> provisions of this HSP. <br /> Subcontractors <br /> Subcontractors are responsible for providing and adhering to their own health and safety plan to <br /> address potential health and safety hazards associated with their activities during this project. A <br /> copy of this HSP will be provided to subcontractors working on the Site for their information. <br /> Subcontractors may adopt this plan or may use the information provided in this HSP as a guide <br /> to prepare their own plan . Health and safety plans prepared by subcontractors must have at least <br /> as stringent requirements as those specified in this HSP, and must comply with all applicable <br /> state and federal regulations including Title 29, CFR, Section 1910. 120, which regulates health <br /> and safety training and medical monitoring.
