Field Team Personnel I !j All Treadwell & Rollo field personnel shall be responsible for acting in compliance with all health and safety procedures outlined in this HSP. Field personnel shall perform only those tasks that they can do safely and shall inform the Health and Safety Officer of any physical or adverse conditions that may affect their ability to perform the planned field tasks. Hazardous work situations or procedures should be reported to the Health and Safety Officer so that appropriate corrective action can be taken. The Project Manager, Health and Safety Officer, and Treadwell & Rollo field personnel have the authority to halt any operation that does not follow the provisions of this HSP. Subcontractors Subcontractors are responsible for providing and adhering to their own health and safety plan to address potential health and safety hazards associated with their activities during this project. A copy of this HSP will be provided to subcontractors working on the Site for their information. Subcontractors may adopt this plan or may use the information provided in this HSP as a guide to prepare their own plan . Health and safety plans prepared by subcontractors must have at least as stringent requirements as those specified in this HSP, and must comply with all applicable state and federal regulations including Title 29, CFR, Section 1910. 120, which regulates health and safety training and medical monitoring.
