All ice to be prepared in restaurant and brought to outside bar area. <br /> Currently there is no ice for consumption in bar ice bins. If ice for consumption is stored in outside bar ice bins, then covers for <br /> bins are required. <br /> All cutting and prepping of lemons fruit etc to occur inside. <br /> Observed FRP to tile with concrete cove under 3 compartment sinks, if this becomes an issue in the future, then coving may <br /> be required to be replaced. <br /> Provide soap and paper towels in dispensers at designated 3-comp to be used as hand sink, when in operation. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
