The procedure is as follows:
Vent-wells to the atmosphere for a minimum of 10 minutes. Prior to measurement, the well sounder
will be decontaminated. Also check the sounder for good working order and condition. Identify .the
reference mark on the top of well casing. Lower the sounder probe into well and note.the distance .
between the audible sound (loud "beep") and the reference mark on the top of casing. Verify this
distance a minimum of three times by lifting and dropping the wire line until the distance is
consistent. Record this distance to an accuracy of 0.01 feet by reading the scale on the wire line.
Also.note the well location, time, and date along with the depth to ground water.
8.0 PROPOSED TIME SCHEDULE FOR WORK
We propose beginning work on or about the October. 15, 2004 and completing no later than 30`s of
November-2004. We anticipatea.Well Constn:cdon and M.anitonng Report will be completed on.ot
about the 15' of January,2005.
1
1
1 10
