Anderson&Associates,Inc. (NOA) has been retained by Mr. Tom Chinchiolo of <br /> Chinchiolo Stemilt California, LLC and Sierra Hills Packing, Inc. (CSC/SHPI) to assist in <br /> preparation of the Report of Waste Discharge for a revised description of the discharge source for <br /> their cherry, apple, and pear packing facilities located at 4799 and 4505 North Jack Tone Road <br /> Stockton, California. <br /> According to the California Water Code Section 13267, administered by the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (Board), the owners of the CSC/SHPI facilities at Jack Tone Road <br /> Stockton, California (hereinafter referred to as Facility) are required to comply with the Order for <br /> Technical Reports letter dated August 26, 2004 (Order). This Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) is <br /> one of the reports required by the Order. <br /> The SAP has been prepared by a California Certified Engineering Geologist as required by the <br /> Board. <br /> The SAP presented herein has been adapted from an outline of a guidance document provided by <br /> the Board. The plan will be referred to by individuals responsible for conducting ground water <br /> monitoring and sampling activities. <br /> The SAP is organized into the following sections; equipment to be used, decontamination <br /> procedures,water level measurement procedures,purging prior to sample collection,monitoring and <br /> record keeping,purge water disposal, analytical methods and reporting limits, sample containers and <br /> preservatives, sampling, chain of custody, and sample handling and transport. <br /> ' A California licensed geologist or engineer will oversee the sampling of the ground water monitoring <br /> wells at CSC/SHPI to be consistent with the workplan presented herein.
