The annual report shall
include the Quarterly Report for the most recent groundwater sampling event, plus a comprehensive
evaluation of the wastewater generation and application operations. The Annual Report will include,
but not be limited to,an expanded groundwater sampling list (see Table 1).
After a total of four quarters of groundwater sampling (a minimum of 12 independent groundwater
samples is required),a statistical comparison of up-gradient and down-gradient groundwater quality will
be conducted as part of the "Background Groundwater Quality Study Report". The statistical
comparison will employ one of the methods identified in Tide 27, §20415(e)(10) or equivalent.
All reports of groundwater quality will be prepared under the direct supervision of a Professional
Geologist or Registered Engineer.
4.0 PROPOSED TIME SCHEDULE
October 17, 2005—Submittal of this Workplan
January 14, 2006—Installation of the approved groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1 to MW-3).
April 30, 2006—Submit Groundwater Well Installation Report of Results andQMR FirstQuarter 2006.
July 30,2006 - Submit QMR Second Quarter 2006.
October 30,2006 -Submit QMR Third Quarter 2006.
January 30, 2007 - Submit QMR Fourth Quarter 2006.
March 30, 2007—Submit Background GroundwaterQuality Study Report.
The first monitoring well sampling event will be scheduled for 3 to 4 weeks after well development is
complete, and would include the annual parameter list(see Table 1).Based on this schedule, the earliest
the first sampling could be conducted would be the first quarter of 2006,and the Background Groundwater
Quality Study Report could be submitted as soon as the end of the first quarter of 2007.
7 "004
