Date: 03/27/2019 <br /> Manufacturer training: <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On 8/10/2018 the 91 product line and the diesel product line had passing results using the PLLD tightness testing, however the <br /> 87 product line was not able to get a passing result on 8/10/2018. <br /> Today arrived on site to witness the line tightness testing performed on the 87 product line by a licensed tank tester. Bradley <br /> Seykora, tank tester, did not have his current tank tester card on him however stated that he had recently renewed the license <br /> and was waiting for the card.The card he had, had 7/31/18 as the expiration date. Be aware that if the tank tester license is <br /> not current at the time of inspection,the results will not be taken by EHD, provide proof of current license.
