When I was at the inspection on 8/24/ 16, L5 brine
sensor for the 87 STP was okay. However, communication in UDC 5/6 failed when tested. Has the UDC 5/6
problem been fixed?
Also, communication in the 87-, 91-, and diesel product fill sumps as well as vacuum sensor monitoring of the
secondary containment piping of the VPH system were not tested on the inspection day.
I have in my notes that that S1 87 line communication alarm that occurred on June 27, 2016 and November 27,
2015 cleared itself. Please explain.
I just need a clear picture as to what is happening at this site.
I would appreciate it if you would respond by email.
Thank you Wayne.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(sicehd.com
9 U.•'
2
