Please check the comment Section E on the second page of the report.
Also in the inspection report dated 8/24/16, 1 included violation 305 partly because communication in the 87-, 91-, and
diesel product fill sumps,as well as vacuum sensor monitoring of the secondary containment piping of the VPH system
were not tested on that day.
Perhaps Elite 4 is installing the test ports in the fill sumps but so far I do not have a permit to do the work.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartney(o)sicehd.com
r
S
From: hmcCaDstationrepair.com [mailto:hmc(&stationrepair.com]
Sent: Wednesday, September 28, 2016 9:54 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: RE: Addendum for 7700 Moreland Ct.
Vicki,
L-5 sensor is functional, the addendum is to repair BRINE loss issue at 87 STP sump(affiliated with L-5 sensor).
The#5/6 brine Comms issue is repaired along with the addition of access to test brine Comms at STP sumps.
Testing company mentioned that they only needed brine Comms access for the STP sumps. The fill sump are testable according to
them.
There was no mention of VPH issue.
I have no record of service calls for the s-1 issues listed.
Please reply with a copy of your notes so I can check any issues(i.e.: VPH)not conveyed by testing company.
1
