06 January 2017 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 01-0877 <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br /> Soil samples will be analyzed by a State of California Department of Public Health <br /> Services (CDPH)-certified laboratory for the following constituents: <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) in accordance with <br /> EPA Method 8015M; and <br /> • Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX), naphthalene, fuel <br /> oxygenated compounds (MTBE, DIPE, TAME, ETBE, TBA), 1,2-dichloroethane <br /> (1,2-DCA) and ethylene dibromide (EDB) and all other VOCs in accordance with <br /> EPA Method 8260B. <br /> Soil-vapor samples will be analyzed by a State of California Department of Public Health <br /> Services (CDPH)-certified laboratory for the following constituents: <br /> • Total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) in accordance with <br /> EPA Methods TO-3; <br /> • Volatile aromatic compounds (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes: BTEX <br /> and Naphthalene) in accordance with EPA Method TO-15; <br /> • Isopropyl alcohol in accordance with EPA Method TO-15 and <br /> • Oxygen (as a percentage) in accordance with Modified ASTM D-1946. <br /> Laboratory reports for the soil-vapor analyses, testing methods, laboratory quality <br /> assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reports, and sample chain of custody documentation <br /> will be presented in a report with findings and recommendations. <br /> 2.3. REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Results of the soil-vapor intrusion investigation will be presented in a report of findings. <br /> The report will be in a format acceptable to the CRWQCB (Appendix A - Reports, Tri- <br /> Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of <br /> Underground Storage Tank Sites), and will be reviewed and signed by a California <br /> Professional Geologist. <br /> 3.0. FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of <br /> a California Professional Geologist.
