Project No. 014-94276 <br /> Page No. 19 <br /> The field investigation at this project site is expect d to involve active physical work and potential <br /> exposure to petroleum hydrocarbons, and possibly other relate hazardous substances. Exposure to heat stress, <br /> noise and physical safety hazards may also be encountered. Tae work will require <br /> people of good health with <br /> P <br /> F normal vision and hearing. Krazan & Associates' industrial physician is periodically asked to provide <br /> documentation of employee medical fitness to perform the required work in the form of signed document. <br /> This documentation should also indicate the employee's ability to perform the required work while wearing <br /> a respirator. (See Medical Monitoring Plan). <br /> 11.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> The emergency procedures described in this plan are designed to give the field team guidance in the <br /> Fhandling medical emergencies, fires, explosions, and excessive emissions. These emergency procedures will <br /> be carefully explained to the field team during the on-site health and safety meeting. <br /> F, <br /> 11.1 Igjuties <br /> Medical problems must be quickly dealt with; a roac map to the nearest emergency medical facility <br /> are kept in an envelope on the dash of each Krazan field vehicle of drill rig. A map with a route to the hospital <br /> is included in this plan. If any field team member receives a <br /> splash or particle in the eye, the eye is to be flushed for 15 mi utes. Clean water or a portable eye wash will <br /> ribe available for this purpose.
