The site well will then be sampled <br /> (approximately 1 week after the batch extraction) to determine if groundwater <br /> extraction was effective in reducing oil and grease concentrations in the well. if <br /> the initial groundwater extraction was not effective in reducing hydrocarbon <br /> concentrations, the procedure will be repeated. <br /> • Groundwater Analysis. Groundwater samples will be collected from W-9 <br /> approximately one week after groundwater extraction is_completed and sent <br /> under chain-of-custody procedures to a CaliforniaState-certified laboratory for <br /> analysis. The groundwater samples will be analyzed for total petroleum <br /> j hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethyl-benzene, xylenes <br /> (BTEX), using EPA Methods 8015 and 8020 and bil and Grease by EPA 413.1. j <br /> • Report. A report will be prepared upon completion of the batch extraction and <br /> receipt of analytical data. The report will Include the amount of water extracted <br /> from the well, groundwater analytical results, chain-of-custody documentation, <br /> and conclusions and recommendations for future rernedi�tion (if necessary). <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> SECOR is prepared to initiate field work immediately following approval of this work <br /> plan.
