Construction activities are anticipated to begin <br /> during mid to late March 1999. The purpose of this Work Plan is to notify the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health I?epartment(SJCEE D)of the upcoming product <br /> tine upgrade activities and briefly discuss the compliance sod sampling procedures to be <br /> followed. <br /> S1rTE BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located at 501 W_Kettleman Lane in Lodi,California. The site is an active <br /> AWPM mini-mart and ARCO service station. Currently, three gasoline underground <br /> storage tanks((JSTs)and associated product lines and dispensers are present at the site. <br /> PROPOSED SCOPR OF WORK <br /> Product line upgrade activities at the site wilt be performed by an ARCO-approved <br /> contractor and are scheduled to begin during March 1999. Soil compliance samples will <br /> be collected from below the product lines per the Tri Regional Board Staff <br /> Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tank <br /> Sites.
