CHRONOLOGY Boyett Petroleum 419 S. Main, Manteca 10/85 Three 10,000 gallon double walled gasoline underground storage tanks (USTs) were installed at the site. 11/20/96 The UST piping was removed (less than 10feet)_ and soil samples were collected under the dispensers at two feet below surface grade (bsg) on this date. Contaminants were found in the soil samples. 01/02/97 A Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge was filed on this date. 01/06/97 An Unauthorized Release Report was filed on-this date. 01/07/97 The site was placed in the Local Oversight Program on this date. 10/05/98 Two geoprobe borings were advanced to 18 feet bsg on this date. 10/23/98 Date of the '.,Underground..Storage Tank Preliminary Investigation Report of Findings" that discusses the work performed in October 1998. Contamination was found in thesoil and groundwater. 8/27-30/99 Monitoring wells MW1� through MW 4 were installed during this time. Depth to water was about 16 feet. 10/27/99 Date of the "Report of Findings" that discusses_ the work performed in August 1999. 12/20-22/00 Monitoring wells MW5 through MW8 were installed during this time. 01/15/01 Date of the "Interim Report of Findings" that, discusses the work performed in December 2000. 02/02/01 Cone Pentrometer Test wells CPT1 and CPT2 were advanced to 76 feet on this date. 02/07/01 Date of the report that discusses the work performed in February 2001. 04/25/01 Monitoring well 'MW9 (deep screened interval from 40 to 50 feet) was installed on this.date. 06/29/01 Date of the "Final Report of Findings" that discusses the work performed in April 2001. 11/20/02 Date of the Well Survey report prepared for this site. 10/20-23/03 Cone Pentrometer Test wells CPT3 through CPT6 were advanced to depths of 65. to 125 feet and Hydropunch wells HPI through HP5 were advanced to 28 feet during this time.
