Main Street, Manteca December 23,2008 <br /> 10/29-30/03 Monitoring wells MW1, MW4, MW5 were destroyed because they had <br /> filled with sediment and were dry and .MW4R, MW 10, MW 11 and <br /> extraction well EW1 were installed during this time. <br /> 11/18-21/03 A 72 hour pump test using MW 11 was conducted during this time. The <br /> 38,316 gallons of water removed was discharged to the City of Manteca <br /> sewer. <br /> 01/30/04 Date of . "Additional Groundwater Investigation, Monitoring Well <br /> Destruction and Installation and Interim Remediation Pump Test Report" <br /> that discusses the work performed during October and November 2003. <br /> 10/07/05 Date of the "No Further Action" request report that contains mass balance <br /> calculations, soil and groundwater data tables and boring.logs and cross <br /> sections. <br /> 08/17/06 Hydropunch wells HP6 through HP9 were advanced on this date. <br /> 01/19/07 Date of "Groundwater Investigation and Third Quarter 2006 Monitoring <br /> Report" that discusses work performed in August 2006 and includes a <br /> discussion on vapor intrusion risks and recommends closure of the site. <br /> j 07/16/08 Environmental Health staff discussed closure of this site providing the <br /> results of the proposed vapor sampling at the site indicated there was no <br /> significant risk with the Regional Water Quality Control Board staff. <br /> 09/10/08 Soil vapor probes SV1 through SV3 were advanced and vapor samples <br /> were collected on this date. <br /> 11/30/08 Date of "Soil Vapor Probe Installation Report, Risk Assessment and <br /> Closure Request" that includes discussion of the work performed in <br /> September 2008 and states that vapors in the soil won't create a <br /> condition of significant health risk. <br />
