J'1 <br /> Boyett Petroleum, Inc. <br /> ' 419 S Main Street <br /> Manteca, California <br />' Receptor Survey <br /> 1 <br /> 1.0 Project Identification <br /> VA-I , Inc., Environmental and Engineering Group (WHF), has been contracted to <br /> conduct a receptor survey at the Boyett Petroleum Facility located at 419 S. Main Street, <br />' Manteca, California (Figure 1). The purpose of this survey is to identify all, if any, <br /> receptors within a two thousand (2,000) foot radius of the contaminated area of the <br /> subject site. The data given in this report will provide information leading to the potential <br />' impact of mobile contaminants into or toward these receptors. <br />' 2.0 Site Description and History <br />' . SUD Boyett Petroleum is located in Manteca (Figure 1). The property is identified as <br /> Parcel 23 in Book 9, on Map 2 of the Baccilieri Park Addition. The Assessor Parcel <br /> Number (APN) is 219-38-23 in San Joaquin County. The subject parcel has a physical <br /> address known as 419 South Main Street, Manteca, CA (Figure 2). <br /> On November 20, 1996 WHF, Inc., under the direction of Mr. Robert McClellan of San <br />' Joaquin County Environmental Health, did collect one (1) soil sample from beneath each <br /> of the three (3) existing dispensers at approximately 24 inches underlying the dispenser <br /> piping. <br />' Samples were collected employing the use of a hand driven sampler with brass sleeves. <br /> After sample collection the sleeve was sealed, labeled, logged on a Chain of Custody and <br />' collected in an ice chest on Blue Ice@ to await transport to a certified laboratory. <br /> On November 21, 1996 WHF, Inc. under the direction of Mr. Robert McClellon of San <br />' Joaquin County Environmental Health, did collect four (4) discrete soil samples in brass <br /> sleeves to characterize the stockpiled soils from the demolition and retrofit activities <br /> conducted at this site. The four (4) sleeves collected were composited into two (2) soil <br />' samples for analysis at the laboratory. Those two (2) samples are representative of the <br /> approximately 44 cubic yard of material stockpiled. All samples collected during this <br />., event were sealed, labeled, logged on a Chain of Custody and cooled in a ice chest with <br /> Blue Ice® to await transportation to the certified laboratory. <br />
