Conditions of Approval page 3 <br /> (1 ) A grading pian shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U . B.C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (1 ) . <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Re- <br /> taining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable . <br /> (3) Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> (4 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> (5 ) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> C . The Improvment Plan shall indicate the following. <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space ( s) shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance (C.A. C, Title 24) . <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces (s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space (C.A.C, Title 24) . <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed i inch <br /> per foot (C.A.C , Title 24 ) . <br /> HI : j dh <br />
