t <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-88-24 <br /> 1 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a . No building permit shall be issued until : <br /> ( 1 ) The Parcel Map approved for MS-87-24 has been recorded by <br /> the County Recorder ; and <br /> ( 2 ) The property owner has fulfilled all of SA-88-24 <br /> Conditions of Approval . <br /> b . The effective date of the SA-88-24 shall be the date a <br /> building Permit is issued for the SA-88-24 project . <br /> C . No improvement may be constructed within the Plainview Water <br /> District' s right-of-way without prior written approval from <br /> the District . <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a . An Improvement Plan showing future roadway frontage <br /> improvement on Schulte Road , on-site storm drainage , sanitary <br /> and water systems , and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> b . The storm drainage run-off shall be retained on-site . <br /> 3 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a . A water well must be installed under permit and inspection of <br /> the Health District . the well will require a minimum of 100 <br /> feet from any potential source of contamination. the well and <br /> the potable water line to the plant must be protected by an <br /> approved back-flow prevention device . <br /> b . A sewage disposal system must be installed under permit and <br /> inspection of the Health District . <br />
