A <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-88-24 <br /> -2- <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> a . The following uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division : <br /> (a ) Exterior walls less than 20' from a property lire shall be <br /> of one-hour , fire- resistive cons, ruction . <br /> ( b ) the proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 6 , 000 square feet by area separation walls . <br /> ( c ) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements ( C . B . C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 Section 7006( 1 ) . <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> (3) Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> (4 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans , <br /> (5 ) Ali compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit . <br />
