The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br /> Comply: 108, 301, 701, 610/611 <br /> 108. Witnessed absorbent in below-ground service bay, and oil in the secondary containment under <br /> hydraulic oil tanks. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the <br /> waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and <br /> manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code <br /> of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this <br /> waste was managed by 12/16/2013. <br /> 301. Observed oil spill under used oil filter drum outside of the shop. Facilities shall be maintained and <br /> operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or <br /> surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately , and manage <br /> according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br /> explaining how this waste was managed by 12/16/2013. <br /> 701. Witnessed used oil tank with an accumulation start date of 4/13/2009; owner and disposal records <br /> indicated the used oil had been last disposed on 11/10/2011 . Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg <br /> of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store <br /> waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br /> waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by 12/16/2013. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THISf ACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector: Receive Title: <br /> EHD -02 Rev 0 19/12 Page 4 HW INSPECTION REPORT <br />
