SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 108, 301, 701, 610/611 108. Witnessed absorbent in below-ground service bay, and oil in the secondary containment under hydraulic oil tanks. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 12/16/2013. 301. Observed oil spill under used oil filter drum outside of the shop. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately , and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 12/16/2013. 701. Witnessed used oil tank with an accumulation start date of 4/13/2009; owner and disposal records indicated the used oil had been last disposed on 11/10/2011 . Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by 12/16/2013. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
