EXHIBIT A
Work Plan
City of Tracy
Corral Hollow and Byron Roads
April , 1988
Introduction:
The city of Tracy has hired Terrestrial Technology to do the following
work at the above site:
1. Make four (4) soil borings 8' to 10' in depth at and near the
above site location.
2. Take five (5) soil samples for laboratory analysis to determine
contamination levels in the soil .
3. Write a short letter report evaluating the above findings.
To date, two soil borings have been made and three (3) samples have
been analyzed. The soil boring was completed by Monday evening,
April 4, 1988. Some additional work has since been authorized by
the city of Tracy, namely, a water analysis of groundwater in the
boring pit located north of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks.
During the soil boring permitting process at the San Joaquin Local
Health District, (SJLHD), Mr. David Carlis, Sanitarian, directed
that no further investigation be performed at the site until the
following documents are reviewed by the SJLHD, State Health Department,
and California Regional Water Quality Control Board:
1. T.T. I. 's initial site investigation findings.
2. Drilling logs, laboratory analysis and sample locations shown
on the water project plans and a quad sheet.
3. A Preliminary Report to assess the site and problems, with
suggested additional boreholes and monitoring wells needed to
determine site status.
1
