EXHIBIT A <br /> Work Plan <br /> City of Tracy <br /> Corral Hollow and Byron Roads <br /> April , 1988 <br /> Introduction: <br /> The city of Tracy has hired Terrestrial Technology to do the following <br /> work at the above site: <br /> 1. Make four (4) soil borings 8' to 10' in depth at and near the <br /> above site location. <br /> 2. Take five (5) soil samples for laboratory analysis to determine <br /> contamination levels in the soil . <br /> 3. Write a short letter report evaluating the above findings. <br /> To date, two soil borings have been made and three (3) samples have <br /> been analyzed. The soil boring was completed by Monday evening, <br /> April 4, 1988. Some additional work has since been authorized by <br /> the city of Tracy, namely, a water analysis of groundwater in the <br /> boring pit located north of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks. <br /> During the soil boring permitting process at the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District, (SJLHD), Mr. David Carlis, Sanitarian, directed <br /> that no further investigation be performed at the site until the <br /> following documents are reviewed by the SJLHD, State Health Department, <br /> and California Regional Water Quality Control Board: <br /> 1. T.T. I. 's initial site investigation findings. <br /> 2. Drilling logs, laboratory analysis and sample locations shown <br /> on the water project plans and a quad sheet. <br /> 3. A Preliminary Report to assess the site and problems, with <br /> suggested additional boreholes and monitoring wells needed to <br /> determine site status. <br /> 1 <br />
