The WP was submitted by Raney Geotechnical Incorporated on <br /> behalf of the City of Stockton Revitalization Department. DTSC's Human and Ecological <br /> Risk Office (HERO) and myself have reviewed and approve the WP with the following <br /> two comments: <br /> • Take precautions during field activities to minimize or eliminate any dust <br /> dust generated from being transported off the site; and <br /> • Comply with all applicable federal, state, or local requirements for any <br /> soils that are transported off the site. <br /> Please contact DTSC at least seven (7) calendar days prior to beginning WP field <br /> activities.
