4. Payment. This Amendment provides an estimate of the total cost of DTSC's <br /> oversight costs (Exhibit D) leading to a site no further action letter. The total estimated <br /> costs through the no further action letter is $6,466.00. Proponent shall make an <br /> additional advance payment of $6,466.00, in accordance with section 16.3 of the <br /> original Agreement. <br /> 5. Effective Date. The effective date of this Agreement is the date of signature <br /> by DTSC's authorized representative after this Agreement is first signed by Proponent's <br /> authorized representative. Except as otherwise specified, "days" means calendar days. <br /> 6. Counterparts.
