<br />Work Party #2 <br /> <br />The work parties will be briefed on the contents of this plan at the site. <br />COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES <br />Due to the close proximity of all field crew members the necessity for radio communication is alleviated. <br />The following standard hand signals will be used: <br />Hand drawn across throat Cease operation immediately <br />Hand griping throat Out of air, cannot breathe <br />Grip partner's wrist or both hands around waist Leave area immediately <br />Hands on top of head Need assistance <br />Thumbs up OK, I am all right, understood <br />Thumbs down No, negative <br />DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br />Protective equipment listed in F., PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, will be decontaminated as <br />necessary using a solution of Alconox detergent and water.
